I don't have enough good things to say about this place. The staff was well attentive, the rooms were some of the most stunning rooms I have ever stayed in. We traveled in April and felt a great level of privacy -- the rooms backup to the pool which was gorgeous if you are wanting a break from the hustle and bustle that the Yucutan can be. It was close to town so the walkability was great (I also felt safe in surrounding areas). 

The food at the restaurant was top tier for a hotel. The breakfast was a full course meal (which is included) which included a coffee, a starter and your breakfast - so well prepared to go off and explore cenotes, Chichen Itza and the beautiful town of Valladolid!
