Read about everything we did on a 3 day trip to Seville, our recommendations and more. Full price breakdown at the end!
Day 1
Hopped on our flight bright and early at 6.20 from Stansted (STN) to Sevilla (SVQ). Once we landed we got straight on our transfer from the airport to Toro del oro.

– We stopped by El Trasluz for a coffee and then wandered to Mercado Del Arenal which was unfortunately closed but one small fresh fruit and veg stand was open so we grabbed some tomatoes and peaches.

– We then took a little walk around to get our bearings before heading to our Airbnb to check in. Our Airbnb was an absolute dream, it had everything we needed, was very clean and tidy, had a beautiful balcony and private rooftop! I’ve dropped a link below!

– After we were settled, we skipped down to La Bartola for some gorgeous plant based tapas! We highly recommend this restaurant, its our favourite from the whole trip.

– Shortly after we done LOTS of sight seeing, there’s so many beautiful things to see in Seville, every corner holds history, beauty and adventure. We wandered through the Prado de san Sebastian gardens to Plaza Espana, popped into souvenir shops, the supermarket and then crawled home – it was 40+ degrees!

– We decided to eat dinner at home so we prepared gnocci, vegan nugs and of course a glass of wine! After chilling out for a while we got ourselves ready and headed back out to see Setas de Sevilla at night.

– We got there for roughly 9pm to watch the sun go down over Seville from one of the most breathtaking views. This is an absolute must visit when in Seville!

– Finally we stopped for one last glass at Mr.Tritton, a lovely corner restaurant on a quieter side of town.
Day 2
Bread and tomatoes for breakfast, coffee and prep for the day.

– By 11am we were at the Real Alcazar, one of Sevilles treasures. We’d recommend allowing many hours for this if you want to get round it all, its almost never ending! Theres so much beautiful architecture to indulge in here, as well as great photo ops & cute souvenirs.

– On the way home we popped by Un Gato En Bicicleta, a candid little cafe and bookshop, with fun art and amazing staff! One of the paintings really represented Una – head to our insta and guess which one!. We also stopped by Casa De Pilatos but didn’t go in as we knew we didn’t have enough time to make the fee worth it, but its beautiful from the outside!

– Once home we ate up our leftover vegan nugs and some fruit with alpro yogurt.

– After the refreshments we took to the streets to seek sustainability! We headed into multiple second hand and sustainable stores such as Be Happy Sevilla. This was also when we discovered La Cantina Mexicana tucked down a little side street during our stroll, so we decided to go home to get ready and head back there for dinner.

– Silly us, we didn’t even think to book, although the kind staff informed us we could get take away instead! Although we didn’t get to indulge our food in the cosy little canteen, the food was enough. We ate on a park bench nearby and honestly it could of been a pile of trash, we were in HEAVEN. Make sure you check out this Mexican for moreish tacos, fajitas and nachos.

– As a last drink together we popped up to the Castella Art rooftop for a cocktail and glass of wine and took in the glorious view of the Giralda Tower, which is lit up at night.

– We watched a movie and headed to bed as Úna had to get up real early for her flight!
Day 3
Úna left by 8 in the morning and so I, Holly went about my day alone! I decided to head round all the bits we missed that I wanted to see, just spend the day strolling and taking it all in for the last time.

– Firstly I cleaned up and got checked out the airbnb, then popped my stuff into The Pink Lockers, a five minute walk round the bends. The Pink Lockers is an easy serve serve storage unit, if you want to dump your stuff for the day!.

– For breakfast I grabbed a ‘Moya Vibe’ from Moya Brunch then wandered down the streets till I came across a lovely little drawing of a street in Seville, it has an address on it, so after purchasing I set out to find this street! Unfortunately I had no luck, but I did find similar.

– In the morning, I pre packed lunch from our leftovers so I ate this in a lovely little neighbourhood courtyard to re fuel and plan the rest of the day.

– I then went back to La Bartola for a quick wine stop and to grab some shade, by this time it was around 2pm, its scorching hot by then in Seville.

– I decided to walk down by the river as we hadn’t explored this area much and was blown away. Along the river you can see the Toro del oro, a skate park, stunning little walking paths, the À la Tolerancia by Eduardo Chillida and more. I felt this area was seriously undervalued by residents, I only saw a handful of people relaxing by the river, but expected hundreds. I sat here for a while, feeding the birds and getting some shade.

– Lastly I grabbed a Vegan Donut from Chök and a coke from the Universal Bar opposite La Cantina Mexicana. This donut was incredible, theres only a handful of stores globally.

– I then got my stuff from the pink lockers and charged my phone a little before heading to the bus stop for my transfer back to the airport!
