A staple restaurant in New York City, Cathédrale made its new home in Las Vegas, at the ARIA Resort & Casino. This spot is nothing short of grandiose. Situated in the Downtown area of Las Vegas near Fremont Street, the Mob Museum is surrounded by many of the city’s first hotels, many of which were owned by the infamous mobsters you’ll get to learn about here.
