Dive into Mayan culture on a guided day trip with optional hotel transfers from Cancún or Riviera Maya to Chichén Itzá, named one of the New 7 Wonders of the World for being one of the world's best-preserved ancient cities. Enjoy a Mexican buffet and tequila tasting, and stop at Valladolid and a cenote.
The fun will start with a full guided visit to Chichén Itzá, follow the guide while learning all about the most important buildings. Discover why the huge city played such an important role from the Late Classic period (600 AD) into the early part of the Post Classic period (1200 AD), and why it remained a huge center of pilgrimage. A visit to the area would not be complete without a stop at a cenote, a refreshing, enchanting underground sinkhole sacred to the Mayan people. Then, enjoy a Mexican buffet lunch and a tequila-tasting experience.
Finally, once at the charming town of Valladolid, famed for the ornate, 16th-century Convent of San Bernardino of Siena and the baroque San Gervasio Cathedral.

It was such a good day! Our tour guide was amazing, making our experience so great! He had amazing knowledge of the Mayan culture which was amazing to learn! The cenote was breath taking and the bus ride was pleasant. 10/10 recommend.
Schönes Chichen Itza lieber ohne Cenote etc. besuchen.
Marcela and Jonathan were fantastic guides. The tour stops are great and well planned with a good lunch at the cenote. Only downside is the amount of time of the bus and multiple pick up stops but this is to be expected on a shared tour.
The tour was spectacular. The team formed by the guides Rodrigo Cat, Kevin and the driver Javier guaranteed us an unforgettable experience. We were able to bathe in a cenote and see the city of Valladolid even if only for a short stop. At the place in Chichen Itza they explained to us all the curiosities and Mayan customs of the time. 100% recommended
Our transport arrived over 30 mins late I would have appreciated a text to say on way Our guide Frank was apologetic stating that some of the early pick ups weren’t on time Frank was very good and very knowledgeable about the history of our tour , he made the long journey more interesting Jonathan was our guide around the temples and gave an in-depth and interesting commentary Our driver was Albert he was a very safe and professional driver We enjoyed our trip immensely
For 700€ for 4 persons of that 2 children. It is really not a good value of money. We got on the bus and everything started okey the giude Omar had let us sleep till 1 hour before we arrived to our first stop which has been Chichen Itza. He told nothing exept that he told a few stories all over again and talked so much about how we should not shop there because it was expensive and that he will take us to some place near the restaurant where we are also suppouse to have one drink included but he only told us that we can choose from hibiscus and rice water and said that we have to understand that the restaurant has to get money from somewhere even tho i am pretty sure they get paid something since no one especialy here wouldnt give smt for free. But when we asked the waiter what we can order he also mentioned lemonade. So Omar only talked during Chicken Itza tour for abou 2 hours and then nothing anymore exept at the end when he told us that he really appreceate tips likehedoesntgetpaid
