The sites are unique but are over-hyped unfortunately. Also, the tickets are expensive for a visit that can easily take under 2 hours.
We had problems because we didn't receive the email with the tickets. We managed to get in touch and received the tickets for Santa Sofia via WhatsApp, but then we had the same problem again when we tried to enter the Basilica Cistern. We had to pay separately and complain again, but there were no problems at Topkapi Palace. We complained and followed up on our complaints, and they finally refunded part of the money, so even though our experience wasn't the best, the company did respond.
Vodic does not go on tours with visitors. It leads to the Harem and you are left to your own devices. Explain what would be nice to see and that's all.
Excelente experiência. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente
Ok
the Basilica Cistern
The process is quick and easy. The audio guides are good, except for the one for Topkapi Palace, which doesn't match the tour and lacks descriptions of several areas. What I think they should improve is the meeting point with the tour guide at the palace entrance. This important detail should be made clear from the moment you make the reservation, even in larger letters. Because it's at the end of a very long message that, in our case, we didn't see, and we arrived at gate 2 of the palace and had to go back out to the café at the meeting point and then wait almost half an hour. The rest was very good.
The ease of entry to the activities and the quality of the audio recordings is very good.
