The tickets were sent to me the night before the event, despite my repeated requests for them to be sent earlier. When I arrived at the venue, the tickets I received had already been used the day before. After sending another complaint, I finally received valid tickets. All of this can be verified through my discussions with customer service.
Magnificent and beautiful, lots of people.
I have been before (albeit 20 years ago 🤣), but I did partly remember about covering so brought a top, but I forgot about knees are not be exposed. yes it's very hot but it's important to observe respectfully the requirements for this sacred place.. - men where trousers (or they will force you to buy the one size fits all trousers) - women need to have shoulders and knees covered (wear long skirt or long dress or trousers and t shirt or dress with shoulders covered. ) OR you will have to buy clothes outside the palace, which happened to us as my son was wearing shorts and my dress was above the knee.. I did think at least we were contributing to a locals income but the same clothes were a 3rd less in the local markets, so maybe buy before! Its a magnificent place, a must have for BKK!
Nothing great for us since it was off season and the queue was short. Maybe useful if you are going in peak season and you want to jump the queue.
Alles gut gewesen.
I feel cheated if we had bought the tickets at the entrance, we might have had to wait 5 minutes and we would have been €25 cheaper, they also couldn't scan our online tickets, luckily we were allowed in with these tickets, but the combi ticket is not worth it. 🤷 We also couldn't book audio guidance even though this was included in our voucher, all they said was NO ONLINE VOUCHER. We walked around ourselves, it was beautiful. Too bad our voucher was unclear.
AI voice and not very long
Very nice visit
Our tickets were cancelled at the last minute by the operator and now almost a week later we have still not received the promised refund. Not happy!
