Cardiff: City Sightseeing Open-Top Bus Hop-On, Hop-Off Tour

The audio on the tour was too quiet to hear. The bus seats were in poor condition and because it had been raining and the seams of the seat being loose water had soaked into the foam of the seat and so leached water onto your clothes when you sat on it. To be frank there wasn't a lot to see on the tour that seemed very interesting.

drove around too fast. no time to take pictures. assume you have to press button to stop as we didn't stop only by theatre. driver toilet stop. disappointing.

lady with mobility issues was up stairs not sure if that should be permitted. Volume of recording was too low.

Timing was great. got to see what we wanted.

What a scam - waited over an hour and a half for the bus with no luck. Rang the company and no words of apology or reason for the no-show, just that we will get a refund. Still waiting for it..... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

bus never turned up on our trip to Cardiff, payed by credit card, have sent numerous emails requesting my money back,going on for 3 weeks and still no money refunded,
