A must do from Bled - really pretty and good value for money. Well organised and explained while being able to do your own thing/go at your own pace. Definitely add the beer tasting!
The GYG app reliably guided me to the departure point. The driver took us to the start of the activity. The passage through the gorge was amazing and not physically demanding at all. Physically, the most challenging part was climbing the many steps from the gorge up to the tasting bar and parking lot at the end of the tour. The tasting was nice, the strudel is an interesting dish, we don't have anything like it at home (too bad). We also had a tasting of four craft beers, which was also great. The only thing that could be improved is the signage on the way up to the bar, as there were several paths at the foot of the waterfall and it wasn't entirely clear which one to take. But nothing that couldn't be solved with maps on our phones.
Beautiful places tasty food, nice guide.
beautiful place
The gorge is worth a visit. Helmets are supplied but not fitted - couldn't get mine to fit securely as I think I could have done with a child's one! I guess the were in case we fell in as there were no restricted areas to go through. Our young driver was very careful and pleasant. We were dropped off at the gorge so he wasn't a guide. He spoke limited English and although we asked a few times, we didn't feel we had good enough instruction on how to get to the Natour Bar for our beer tasting and traditional savoury and sweet dumpling rolls. We were told to go over the bridge and left up the steps after exiting the gorge. If we had followed this, we would have missed the waterfall which was part of the tour, and anyway it wasn't easily signposted to the end. We got there eventually! The beer and tasting was the best food we had the whole week in Slovenia and we told them so. This was the highlight of the tour!
The nature is great and the walk was easy to do. The NatourBar is a cozy place with good meals and a very friendly Service. The way to the NatourBar: at the end of Vintgar go over the wooden bridge and then to the left. Follow the signs to the parking area and you find the NatourBar.

More time to enjoy beer and cakes
This activity was amazing with the highlight obviously being the Gorge itself. The timed entrance made it feel like you had the place all to yourself which was great for taking photos. The tasting sample at the end was a nice touch. Highly recommend this activity when you visit Bled.
