1. No one was at the meeting point. Waited until 10min to the show and then rushed trying to find where to go. 2. The experience itself was very poor, not informative, boring and looked nothing like the images online. 3. Looked at Earth, Mars, Jupiter and Pluto. There was “no time” to see anything else. 4. Someone fell asleep and was loudly snoring throughout the experience and no one did anything. 5. Overall disappointed, not worth the price paid.
There is no audio tour guide in Italian.
Very interesting visit, magnificent view from the observatory and superb planetarium show.
My pregnant partner and I were denied entry to the show for being five minutes late. We had tried to call ahead of time to explain that there had been an accident on the motorway, which was likely to cause us to be late. However, we couldn't get through to anyone at the other end, and when we arrived, we were refused entry. Overall, it was a very disappointing service, and I would not recommend it.
Good
Very nice show, with interactive room after program
Really good show with the presenter being very engaging, group ranged from young children to older adults so lots of interesting questions!
Nothing special.
