Your experience begins with a comfortable pick-up from your hotel in Siem Reap. After meeting your driver, enjoy a scenic one-hour journey by air-conditioned mini van through the countryside toward the peaceful setting of Sanctuary.
Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by a knowledgeable local guide who will provide an introduction to the sanctuary. Preparing Food for the Elephants
Your hands-on experience begins with a fun and educational feeding session. Visitors will:

Bathing Session by the Pond

This was an absolutely incredible experience. To be up close with such majestic creatures was a once in a lifetime moment. The guides were so knowledgeable and respectful of the elephants. The elephants were not forced to do anything and the guides ensured their welfare was the priority.
Picked up from our hotel Very informative tour guide gave all the information needed to enjoy the morning and explained all about the 3 elephants their history & different personalities ! Clearly very well cared for !Around 25 people that morning, we all made rice balls and had time to feed all 3 elephants individually Umi, Boom Boom and Gigi & take as many photos as we wanted , 2 then went for mud bath & then to river for a bath where we had time to help wash them !Afterwards fruit platters and water for us & elephants alongside so we could feed more fruit, showers also provided so bring a towel & perhaps change of clothes .Overall a very chilled morning which left you feeling calm & happy thank you Would say that you should book with the direct website we realised too late to change & paid £60 extra booking through this 3rd party !!
What an experience that was! To actually pet and feed the elephants. It was nice to see how caring the sanctuary people are with the elephants and to hear about the elephants’ differing personalities.

An incredible experience. 3 beautiful elephants who are so well natured! You get the opportunity to feed them, bathe them and keep them happy. The way they are maintained is very ethical, they’re allowed to do whatever they want when they please. Would recommend either wearing swimwear or bringing clothes you don’t mind getting covered in mud. Worth every penny.
One of the best experiences ever. An ethical sanctuary for retired elephants about 45 minutes outside Siem Reap. The guide/ranger was superb and transfers on time and safe. We not only got to feed the elephants but helped bathe them and watch them have a mud bath. Highly recommend.
Very nice tour, pick-up in a van, about an hour drive to the sanctuary. The elephants are roaming the grounds as they please, no chains, no elephant riding, seems very ethical. The elephants know you will feed/bathe them so they tend to go where this happens, but if they dont feel like it, they do not have to so it can be a little unpredictable but thats only because they have freedom. Very fun experience, you get to feed them plenty of food and then go in the river and splash them to get the dirt off of them, they seem to really enjoy it, splashing themselves if they dont have enough attention. Very nice driver and the staff at the sanctuary were all lovely. Great experience!
This experience was truly wonderful. There are currently three old lady elephants in the sanctuary. After we were instructed on how to best approach the elephants, we got to feed them and later on bathe them. The group was small (7 people) and we were the only visitors at the sanctuary. The elephants roamed around freely and were not forced to perform for the visitors. It seemed like the interest of the animals were always ranked first. Thank you again, it was unforgettable.
