Enjoy bird’s eye views of Paris from the second-floor observation deck of the Eiffel Tower.
Meet your guide next to the Eiffel Tower for a brief introduction to the history of the tower. Then, enjoy access to the second floor by elevator, and hear interesting tales and anecdotes about the tower’s unique history from your guide.
Learn more about the “City of Light,” and enjoy privileged views of the Notre Dame, Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, and Les Invalides. Your guide will then leave you to enjoy the Eiffel Tower at your own pace.
Ascend to the summit (if option booked) at your leisure for even more breathtaking views and enjoy a glass of bubbly in the Champagne Bar (if option booked).
On the way down, make sure you stop on the 1st floor to walk on a new glass floor, 200 feet above the ground.

• You may have to wait in lines for security and for the elevators. In high season, the total wait time to access the 2nd floor can be up to 25 minutes
• Summit ticket holders will have to wait in line on the 2nd floor to access the summit's elevators. In high season, this wait can be up to an additional 20 minutes
• Your GYG voucher is not your ticket and must be exchanged at the meeting point before the activity. You cannot collect your Eiffel Tower ticket in advance
• Tours operate rain or shine
• On the rare occasion that the summit is closed to the general public for maintenance or safety reasons, this will not affect your guided tour, so no refunds or discounts will be given
• There is no left-luggage facility at the Eiffel Tower for items such as wheeled suitcases, large luggage, non-folding strollers, etc
Het enige voordeel van ons ticket met gids was dat wij vlot op de site zijn binnen geraakt. Er werd onder de Eifeltoren 10 min uitleg gegeven voor de rest was de gids totaal geen meerwaarde. Door planningsproblemen met de gids en de wachtrijen aan de liften van de toren hebben wij geen contact meer gehad met de gids na het eerste u van de 2 u durende rondleiding, de gids gaat ook niet mee naar de top. Voor de kostprijs van 110 euro had ik toch iets meer verwacht van een rondleiding met een gids. ik ben diep teleurgesteld.
Much more expensive than the entry ticket sold directly at the Eiffel Tower. The guide gave us two or three pieces of information about the TE. Didn't speak loudly enough. The top was closed. TOTAL disappointment.
It is difficult to recognize the guide. There is no sign indicating where the tour starts. She was difficult to hear because of other people around her unless you stood close enough to her. A better solution should be found in this digital age.
The tour was good, and the view from the second floor was perfect. The only problem was our limited English.

Our guide Rose was excellent, taking the time to share the history of the tower as well as what we were looking at while navigating a second floor filled with tourists.
