    The date purchased was for entry on November 8th, the ticket was valid for 1 day and the closing time indicated until 11:59 pm, i.e. the closing of the park. Unfortunately on that date there were Christmas events that required the purchase of additional tickets that were already sold out. At 6:00 pm, not having the bracelet for the evening event, we were asked to leave. I specify that on the portal at the time of purchase there was no information about it. I was therefore unable to see and use a large part of the attractions of the Disney park and not even see the fireworks, furthermore I had organised the transfer from the park to the Hotel at the closing time of the park. I paid a very high amount to stay very little time in the park: not only because they sent us away at 6:00 pm but also because by purchasing the tickets through this portal the line for entry lasted almost 2 hours while those who had purchased through other channels entered directly

    The ticket purchased does not allow direct entry into the park, you have to wait to go through control and wait to exchange the ticket. A lot of time wasted and not announced when purchasing. However, I had associated this ticket with my Disney experience account.

    More for the little ones. And that's difficult in connection with very long waiting times. The staff are bored and unfriendly.

    such a horrible experience as I had to pay more dollars.. it was mentioned in the ticket that I can enter any of the 4 disney, but when I went there I was not allowed and gad to pay extra $22 per person

    The fireworks were great, everything else was like it was 40 years ago except for the prices, which were raised above average. The staff are extremely well trained, but if you only go to MK for the rides, you should save your money and go to Heide Park etc. instead. The well-known Disney characters used to walk through the park and you had the opportunity to meet Mickey and co. everywhere. Now there is a meeting in the back room 😕 The only new thing was Tron... waiting time 90 minutes for a 2 minute ride☹️
