A positive experience, the city card allows you to visit many museums using efficient and punctual public transport. Excellent value for money.
Very content, nice people, nice foods.
The card is convenient, but it would be even more convenient to have a brochure explaining what it is used for. Not everyone is tech-savvy, especially when you need it and there is no signal, so a brochure listing the activities and places that offer discounts would be useful; I would improve this.
information about accessible sites, how buses and trams work
It would be perfect if it included entry to Wawel Castle.
Krakow was very interesting!
Not great value
Very well done!
We found the card to be a waste of money and time. The castle which was on the website at the time of purchase was taken off soon after we called the helpline when we were not admitted. The organisation was poor as we have not received proper information with regards to what is included. Over all we have managed to see very little and had to queue to get tickets anyway. Stuff we wanted to see was not included. Complete waste of monies and time. One to avoid! Andrzej
