The bus had no AC so it was super hot. The narration told us very little and the route was so long it took forever to get anywhere. We took the bus 3 stops and never used it again. It was a huge waste of money
Saw a lot and learned a lot about London’s rich history.
Great way to see London and the important sites. Especially if you are short on time.
It works really well in the morning through about noon. In the afternoon it is very difficult to get onto a bus due to the crowds. We also had the unfortunate afternoon happening of a diversion where we had no idea they were skipping our stop until it happened. The driver just said they were on a diversion - which didn’t mean much to us. It would have been very helpful to have stated that they weren’t going to stop xx and get off at yy instead. We ended up pretty far away from where we wanted to be before we just got off and took an uber. The app had nothing about this diversion.
The bus is overcrowded, and some people had to stand for a while.
