Cannot recommend this agency. They charge more than the double prize for meals they really cost. After complaining several times and offering a solution they do not corporate but try to make the guide responsible for costs that did not exist. Very sad experience. There are many agencies in Pokhara. Recommend other agency.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day Poon Hill trek with our guide, Bishnu. As first-time trekkers, we appreciated his patience, kindness, and constant positivity. Bishnu was much more than a guide; he was our interpreter and window into Nepali culture, language, and history. His expert planning ensured we stayed ahead of the weather and enjoyed strategic breaks. We loved the Purnima Guest House for its comfort and food, while Hotel Hilltop provided unforgettable mountain views. Staying at one of Ghorepani’s highest hotels was another example of Bishnu’s excellent planning, making our sunrise walk to Poon Hill much easier. Seeing the snow-capped peaks and blooming rhododendrons was unforgettable. Bishnu taught us so much about mountain life and ethnic groups that we would have enjoyed the trip even without the perfect weather. Danyabad, Bishnu!
the activities were good , found bit rushed by the guide.
These treks depend heavily on the guide who’s with you - we had Santosh and he was wonderful. Calm and polite, but also directive were necessary and funny and informative. We couldn’t have asked for more. Also Tek - our porter - was very polite and friendly and helped wherever he could. If doing this tour - ask for both of them!! The short trek itself was georgious. As mentioned before, the first day including thousands of steps, is hard. But it’s absolutely worth the effort. We were also Lucy with the weather and enjoyed a great sunrise at Poon Hill.
Santosh is a very nice and caring guide!he also took a lot of great photos for me!
Very beautiful trek, smoothly and professionally organised, my guide Jeet accompanied me, showing me the best panoramic views and answering all my questions about the area and its culture. very recommended! :)
