Péssimo serviço! Perdemos mais de uma hora só para conseguir ativar o city card!!! Não nos foi dada qualquer informação objetiva e válida para o fazer e tivemos que nos deslocar ao ponto de encontro para nos informarem que o código de ativação era a referência do código de barras!!! Nem adivinhando!!!… perda de tempo e de dinheiro! Mais valia termos ido diretamente ao ponto de encontro e comprar lá o serviço! Teria sido mais tranquilo e com muito menos stress. Estragou-nós completamente o plano elaborado para o dia! Não recomendo!
More info about activating the card would have been useful, also a link to download the I.Am app, as there is more info there - e.g. which museums and attractions are free.

Great value if you plan to pack in a lot of sights. We used it for the Rijksmuseum, ARTIS Royal Zoo, the National Maritime Museum, and an evening canal cruise. A huge, unexpected bonus was the free 24-hour bike rental from Yellow Bike, which we used to cycle through Vondelpark and the Jordaan district. It also covers the city transport network (like Tram 26 to our hotel), which made getting around completely effortless. It easily paid for itself!
This is a great way to see the city. You might get overwhelmed at trying to get it all in, but with planning you cash do plenty of activities.

Die City Card war eine sehr gute Wahl. Ich denke, wir haben sie optimal genutzt. Etwas kompliziert fanden wir den „Einstieg“ - seelbst die junge Frau an der Hotel Reception hatte ihre Probleme, bis die Card geladen war. Dass die roten Buslinien nicht inbegriffen sind, ist zwar nachvollziehbar, aber verkompliziert die Sache leider etwas.
Beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est proposé. N'est rentable que si l'on fait plusieurs musées par jour. Surtout indications pas claires : il est écrit vélo disponible 24H/24 et cela veut en fait dire que vous pouvez louer un vélo uniquement pour une journée peu importe la durée du pass. Par rapport au prix : n'en vaut pas la peine.
