Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
If travelling with children, please be aware that the child fare applies to children aged 2-11 at the time of departure.
Es war der erste Flug mit einem Wasserflugzeug und eine ganz tolle Erfahrung. Der Flug wurde extra etwas nach hinten geschoben, damit es noch mehr aufklart. Die spätere Aussicht war unbeschreiblich, gerade weil die Berge immer wieder in den Wolken verschwunden sind und dies zu tollen Lichtspielen geführt hat.
Sehr freundliches Personal, schneller Check in. Der Flug war einfach atemberaubend schön. Tolle Aussichten, ein großer Gletscher fast zum Anfassen nah. Ein absolutes Erlebnis!
Die Organisation war gut. Leider war der Flug extrem unruhig (unten war es total ruhig und windstill). Es hat sehr gewackelt und die Kotztüten kamen zum Einsatz. Das schöne Berg- und Gletscherpanorama kam da leider nicht so gut zur Geltung.
