I want to give the HIGHEST PRAISE and recommendation for this company! On the night of our booking, we did not arrive in time as we were at the wrong location. The next day, I contacted the company and spoke to the owner who immediately rebooked us at no charge! Then due to the bad weather, the trip had to be cancelled for safety. He refunded our original ticket purchase! This is a very upstanding company, and I want to express my gratitude to them for helping us like they did! You can rest assured that they will treat you right! And you can bet when I’m back in Venice this will be the first excursion I go on!

es war ein sehr gut organisiertes Event. wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und uns wurde an Bord geholfen. wir hatten schöne Plätze. die canapes waren sehr lecker und es war einfach eine gute Zeit. klare Empfehlung sich eine Jacke einzupacken. auf dem Wasser wird es immer ein bisschen Kühler.
