Drivers body odor was overwhelming, the windows were opened, and understood the reason.
I paid for a Meet and Greet service but the driver did not come down the vehicle to meet us. He did not even attempt to get in touch with us to tell us where to meet him. We couldn't find him and had to initiate communication with him. The vehicle was also dirty.
