My father and myself had an amazing time with this tour. The entire process was very well organized and very professional. We would highly recommend it.

Since it’s all day we had to wake up really early and came back at night. So be prepared for a full and a long day. Luckily we didn’t have to worry about the transportation, everything was taken care from the drivers (pick up points- routes). The only things were the headphones in Auschwitz until we found pairs which worked but still there were parasites in the sound. And then in birkenau the guide didn’t have microphone so we weren’t able to listen to her until we were next to her which was difficult since there were a lot of people. We suggest this trip especially if you don’t have time to prepare it by your own, get a good rest the night before and your most comfortable shoes!
The trip was brilliant and it was for the most part well organised used. The booking information says that the trains are Fast Trains. And the train out in the morning was but it was a very different train on the way home and as such the return trip was close to 4hours long. Which was a lot after being on the road since 5.30am and not getting home until after midnight. All of the other aspects were excellent.
trip was perfect, excellent transport service, superb guide at Auschwitz!
This is a tour about a very serious period and Agatha was the perfect person to guide us through this experience. Her absolute respect and commitment to ensuring we gained insight into the scope of horrors and inhumanity that took place here were inspiring. Our driver Michal kept us informed about the schedule and pick-up points and, most importantly, drove us safely to each destination. I highly recommend this tour.
