rodrigo was awesome!!
The caves and springs were amazing- loved all the nature however our experience was ruined as we were told that we could leave our belongings in the car, but $200 went missing even though the driver (Antonio) was in the car the whole time. The response was from our guide, Mario was, ‘it was at your own risk’ and there was no apology. I’d recommend a padlock for your belongings.
The trip was awesome. It was everything I thought plus more. The views were amazing, breath taking. Our guide was awesome, Rodrigo did a great job
Excellent tour, definitely will do it again
Todo excelente
Alex is great.
Certain stuff was closed on the day which was frustrating. Also the zip line that was advertised was an extra cost and the guide said if we took it we would have to make our way back.
Great! The guide was excellent and very friendly!!! And the place is truly magnificent. I recommend it 100%.
The steam tunnel was cool, but slippery. The river & cave were closed due to flooding, so we spent more time in the pools. Relaxing & scenic, great photo ops! The pools/cave are not very accessible for those w/ limited mobility. LOTS of walking on steep paths, w/ no other option for access. Guide was kind, but provided very little info/history. The VERY long ride was intolerable; extremely bumpy & cramped w/ small seats, all of which (18) were full. Do NOT expect to sleep. Breakfast (barbacoa lamb or chicken w/ bones tacos or cheese quesadilla) was mediocre. We were required to buy waterproof phone cases & shoes from one of the many tourist traps. I've seen that other tours provide all needed items: towels, blankets, water, toilet paper, wet wipes, dry bags, sunscreen & headlamps! I'd STRONGLY recommend bringing those items + snacks & grippy shoes. The bathrooms all suck. Esp the last stop where you can buy English pastes. The crema y zarzamora is delightful. Zipline is NOT included.
