It wasn’t the boat pictured. It was there however we were herded into an old and quite tired paddle steamer type boat. It was charming in a way however it’s just random function room type seating you have to sort out yourselves. We chose to sit outside - maybe not the best idea given it was cold and raining. However - the captain had great knowledge of the area and lots of real life stories to tell. He was entertaining and engaging. Despite the weather the views were stunning, especially all lit up, and hearing the ‘cannon’ on the Constitution was great. What wasn’t clear was you have to go and check in at a building nearby and get a wristband before joining the boat. That caught us and few others out.
Hat alles geklappt mit einem tollen Sonnenuntergang und Vollmond!
Es war schön
Beyond Disappointment: An Unprofessional Experience This experience, marketed as a sunset cruise, was a complete disaster. The weather was rainy and overcast hours before the scheduled departure. We didn’t even catch a glimpse of the sun. We were forced to go on a boat tour that had absolutely nothing to do with the sunset. Despite our request for cancellation, we were told to "continue in the rain," and responsibility was shirked. If you're offering such a "definite" service, why name it a sunset cruise? We came in good faith to avoid losing our money, but what did we get in return? Wet clothes, disappointment, and a deceptive experience. Offering a "sunset" experience under such weather conditions is nothing but a commercial deception. What a customer-oriented business should do in such situations is either cancel the trip or at least offer flexibility. Unfortunately, neither a direct solution, an apology, nor an offer of compensation was provided. We were simply brushed off with a generic, automated response.
Me and my family enjoy the trip and the nice view The bed part is because was raining mmm but was beautiful.
It's was exciting fun Historic, educational fun experience! I would definitely recommend and bring my family next time. Experiencing Boston on a different level
