We had an amazing time! Our tour guide Luca and driver Mr. Lucky were so nice and accommodating. From the hotel pick up, journey to the village and lunch at train street, all were smooth. Luca also provided so much helpful information. Definitely recommended.
review incense: We had an amazing experience at the Incense Village! Everything was so well organized and planned for Momentlives. Our guide, James, was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit even more enjoyable. We went at a perfect time with no other tourists around – it felt like we had the place all to ourselves. We came back with many beautiful photos and great memories. Truly a 10/10 experience!
Beautiful experience today on the afternoon tour Del Incense village ... much of the credit to the Guide Tiger, with perfect and very understandable English and always smiling and helpful about everything made this afternoon trip even more beautiful. Beautiful village of incense and equally beautiful idea to create our cap .. also is given a hat that personally draws you a gift really appreciated .. to conclude in beauty we were able to see at 19 the passage of the train in the famous street between the shops All very well organized I highly recommend Unbeatable value for money tour
It was great to explore the culture in Hanoi city, friendly tour guide, friendly people and delicious food. Especially the street food experience with the train passing view. That was amazing, I don't think anywhere else can have this, highly recommend you to take part in this city tour
Trinh was knowledgeable, most importantly flexible and fluent in English. He knew Hanoi well, his scooter skills and comfort level maneuvering with 220 lb me on the back were impressive. I would not have had such an immersive, insightful visit to Hanoi without Trinh. Many thanks for making my journey through Vietnam so meaningful.
My tour guide, Minh, was fantastic. He was very kind, helpful, sweet and knowledgeable. It was a true pleasure spending the day with him. The tour itself was also really interesting, the B52 lake, French Quarter, French bridge, banana island, train street and then your choice of citadel or pottery village where you can make your own pottery. Such a great day!
