This was a surprise for my niece and her boyfriend who had never seen the Grand Canyon....the surprise was that it was supposed to be booked for March 16 not Feb 16.....we showed up on time that day only to be told of the mistake....we live in Tampa so you can guess what we spent to get there......they had space available that day but would not honor the voucher.....the kids were so disappointed I spent the next hour talking to their corporate office and trying to get some help....nothing I said was met with any sympathy or offer to help in any way.... I would never recommend them and really feel I have been done a disservice.....is there any assistance you can give me......pent alot of money and had a very terrible experience.....;please advise......thanks, Dan Maysilles

Awesome helo flight.

We were in Las Vegas on vacation and rented a car to be able to go down for a helicopter ride. After traveling two hours down there we got into the helicopter and a light came on so we didn’t even get to go. Another helicopter left when we were supposed to and actually returned while we were still there. But still they said there was not another flight available for us. Seems to me that if they cared about their customers, they would’ve taken us out on the 3 o’clock flight!They refunded the money that we paid, but did nothing to compensate us for the loss of time, and expenses.

Duas dicas importantíssimas para quem vai de carro de Las Vegas para o Grand Canyon West fazer o passeio de helicóptero lá! 1- cuidado com a hora do passeio e da saída de Las Vegas, na divisa entre Nevada e Arizona ( Roover Dam) você perde 1 hora por causa do fuso horário, então na verdade você perde 1 hora, saia mais cedo. 2- se for até o Grand Canyon de carro e não quiser entrar no parque nacional (99 usd) não precisa pagar a taxa, o aeroporto dos helicópteros fica na frente do estacionamento geral do parque. O passeio de helicóptero vale cada centavo!!!! A entrada no parque depois do passeio de helicóptero na minha opinião foi dinheiro perdido.

It was a great trip. Out pilot Allan was personable and a great guide. A smooth ride to the base of the canyon and a great trip out of the canyon.
