In the end, the offer did not match the description. Food, service, friendliness of the staff—everything was 5 stars. The scheduled tour time was 3 hours. It started at 6 p.m. At 8:20 p.m., the ship had already docked back at the pier. Please note this when booking. Drinks are extra. Only coffee and iced tea are included. This is also stated in the description and I was aware of this. Just mentioning it here.
I wish I would’ve known sooner about you guys. You’re the best and all my guests were well pleased with your service and your attention. Thank you for making part of our memories. Looking forward of being with you guys again.
hi guys. it was great. Just do jt.
We were expecting a chic and cozy evening on the banks of the Hudson! But no! A self-service buffet, a deafening DJ (impossible to talk to each other) and alone in his delirium; and a meal served at 6pm, when the chickens come home to roost (plus we were offered a map of drinks/appetizers at exorbitant prices to follow the meal. Ten minutes later, we were already stuffed before we even got to the buffet). It's still a nice tour of New York Bay, but a far cry from the cozy and/or romantic atmosphere advertised on paper. Couples looking for an intimate moment, run away! Fortunately, a few board games available on board (Uno, Connect Four, checkers, dominoes) allowed us to hold on and create some family memories. This review is not directed at the staff, who were eager to make our trip pleasant and memorable, but rather at the company, which is gorging itself on an indecent price/quality ratio.
Terrible, I don't recommend it. Even though the boat wasn't full, the manager put us at a table for five, and there were only three of us. The three-hour tour didn't happen, and they kicked us off 40 minutes early without explanation, saying they didn't have time. It was embarrassing and a bad experience. I don't recommend it to anyone. What a disappointment.
Terrible experience, the cruise said 3 hours and they dropped us off 45 minutes early, the service wasn't good, the manager couldn't explain why we didn't do the whole tour. It didn't go over the bridges, only around the harbor and back. Very expensive for what they offer, the manager was rude. Don't do it, it's embarrassing, spend your money on something else!
The cruise was a little disappointing. There was no real atmosphere due to the small number of guests (nobody up dancing), the boat was not as smart-looking as I had expected, and it only went as far as Brooklyn bridge; we hoped it would go further. On a plus side, there was barely any queue for the buffet, which we enjoyed. There were however no spoons or other cutlery to eat the desserts with! It wasn’t a terrible trip but wouldn’t recommend it either. Sorry guys, some things need improvement!
The food was pretty good... fantastic view at sunset. DJ and dancing on board. The trip only took 2.5 hours.
Very tasty and varied buffet. Attentive and friendly crew. Great tour. The only downside: it said water was included, but that only applies to tap water, not mineral water. And in NY, tap water often tastes of chlorine, so we had to pay extra for sparkling water.
