Areas for improvement Improve the visibility of the meeting point with the company logo (it was difficult to identify who was going to provide the service). The tour guide lacked leadership in terms of communication and consistency. It is essential that the tour guide presents their credentials (name, qualifications, etc.) before starting the tour, but the guide assigned to us did not do so.
Our tour guide was very kind and extremely knowledgeable! And what can I say about the Alhambra... its beauty is simply unique, a masterpiece that leaves you speechless.
Ana was very personable and knowledgeable. She spoke a little bit of a lot of languages so she could connect with the people in the group. She has knowledge of her site. You could ask her any question. There was a person in our group who had a motorized scooter and she took care to make sure that he was included in as much as the tour as possible. At the end of the tour, people had questions about transportation, other places to visit as well as places to get Tapas to get the whole Granada experience. I learned a lot. Directions were clear. They showed up on time. They communicated ahead of time by WhatsApp. Ana spoke English very well. I highly recommend this tour guide as well as this agency in the future.
Very nice visit, with a guide, but very expensive. We bought our entry tickets online, but when we saw the price at the entrance, which was much cheaper, we felt ripped off.
Fantastic knowledge and communication skills from our guide Juan Domingo Lopes. He spared no time or effort in answering our many questions. A fascinating tour from start to finish. Thank you! PS: The tour was conducted in impeccable, sophisticated French, but Juan Domingo also guides in Spanish, English, and Italian, and even has a basic knowledge of Japanese.
One day before the planned trip, we were informed that it had been canceled. Not enough registrations. We had driven 500 km from our destination specifically for this visit. Several options were offered (including a private visit for an additional €90). We ultimately decided to proceed without a guide. The Alhambra was beautiful, but some additional explanation from a guide would have been helpful.
Our guide Alejandro (Alex) was knowledgeable, informative, and interesting. Alhambra is already amazing, but Alex helped put its majesty in perspective.
