It was good but too short ;) But it was a bucket list for my wife, and she really enjoyed it and we happy.
Really enjoyed the gondola ride, around quieter shady ‘streets’ then finishing at the Grand Canal. Easy to find the small check in office. Possibly due to the number of options available, although I read a lot of descriptions I hadn’t realised it started with a talk in the bookshop next door where there is a display gondola, and then a guided walk through the streets to the gondola station, this was useful but took us by surprise, so a brief itinerary by the guide at the start would have been good to orientate us as to what would happen. My family thought I had booked the wrong thing and we wouldn’t be going in an actual gondola. Also it is good to tip the gondolier but we didn’t know so didn’t have any cash. A note on this would be useful on the app.
Bon… je suis mitigée. La visite virtuelle de Venise est très bien (5minutes avec un casque virtuel). Les explications sur Venise pendant 20min : le guide est très sympa mais s’emmêle les pinceaux, on comprend pas grand chose avec l’oreillette. Donc aucun intérêt. La balade en gondole de 30minutes : sympa mais il y a des gondoles partout dans Venise, avec des gondoliers dispo, qui vous emmènent un peu là où vous avez envie en fonction du lieu de départ que vous choisissez et surtout à un prix beaucoup moins élevé (90€ pour 30minutes chez tout les gondoliers, pour 5personnes max sur une gondole) En conclusion, dans cette presta on paie un guide. Si vous tombez sur le bon guide, ça va. Si vous voulez juste vous faire un petit plaisir avec une balade en gondole , prenez sur place avec n’importe quel gondolier
the start was very slow with a very brief history of venice and then we were left standing in the room for awhile while they organised things and then only had like 25 minutes on the gondala and some of it was waiting to “dock”

It was a horrible experience!!!! They spent most of the time explaining things before the ride, but the actual gondola ride lasted less than 30 minutes. The gondolier didn’t say a single word during the ride and looked unhappy the entire time. It was a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money. I would never use this company again or recommend it to anyone.!!!!
Es war wirklich eine sehr schöne Gondelfahrt. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt und wir waren sehr zufrieden.
casque de réalité virtuel était très bien. ballade en gondole excellente avec un gondelier très sympa qui nous a commenté le parcours. Guide sympathique mais qui parlait trop vite et avec son accent, c'était difficile à comprendre
