This unmissable experience begins in the “Bajo de las sombras” port, within the Los Glaciares National Park. There you will take a boat to cross the Brazo Rico, to the west coast. Once you have crossed, the guides will receive you to give you some details of the activity. In the refuge that is located there, you will be able to leave some of your belongings, as well as make use of the bathrooms.
Groups of up to 20 people will be formed, to make a 20-minute walk to the glacier and, once with the crampons on, the ascent to the ice begins.
The tour lasts approximately 2 hours and you will be able to enjoy the ice formations; learn about the flora, fauna and glaciology of the region; and, especially, on the phenomenon of rupture of the glacier.
Then, we return to the refuge through the Magellanic forest. In this place you can enjoy your lunch (not included. You must bring your own food/drink) with a view of the Perito Moreno Glacier. You will undertake the return through the Rico Arm of the Argentino Lake, sailing in front of the glacier. You can also enjoy the view of Perito Moreno from the walkways: another way to see and appreciate its immensity.
Being a moderate walk, on an irregular but firm surface, it can only be done by people between 08 and 65 years old, due to its physical demands. Neither can pregnant women or people with reduced mobility, arthritis, prostheses, knee problems, meniscus problems, overweight people, or people with heart problems.
The start time of the activity can be between 7 and 15 pm. Said schedule will be confirmed by Whatsapp the day before the activity, after 6:00 p.m.

I loved the experience, I just didn't like that another group was coming too close behind, but in general everything was excellent.
Excelente
An incredible experience, the means of transport in excellent condition and the guides very friendly and attentive to safety.
An unmissable experience!!! everything from 10, transportation, the treatment of the guides, everything.
There is nothing more beautiful than Perito Moreno. I was fortunate enough to go for the second time and the tour is perfect to get to know: approximately 2 hours on the walkways + 20 minutes on the boat + 4 hours trekking on the Moreno dog. Super recommended
The details stated a small group maximum of 10. There was a coach full of us on the tour, so about 40. split into two groups at glacier so still about 20. This was an expensive trip so it was disappointing that so much time was spent on collecting so many people from various pick up points and then so much queuing on glacier for selfie with crowded number of people in small area. A trek should be that, a trek, and not just 2 minut walk between selfie stops. However, at the glacier the guides were excellent. Given how expensive this was when booked online compared to buying when in El Calafate I wonder how much of the cost is going into local economy & people and whether 'head office' takes an excessive profit.
Def recommend. Minintrecking was perfect. I’ve done longer glacier walk before so not sure if I’d want the longer one if I’d never done it but overall was a great day and right amount of time.
The activity is very well coordinated. The experience was very good. The guides have been excellent: Abril, Lucy and Javier. The Gray Line provider (with Gerardo on the phone on call) was very helpful so that I wouldn't miss out on doing the activity, when by mistake, GetYourGuide canceled my activity, informing me 48 hours before the date, apparently due to an error after requesting a Date change. If I did this activity again I would surely do it with them (Patagonia Dreams/Gray Line and Hielo y Aventura) with them!
Extraordinary experience, it is totally worth it, walking on the glacier is spectacular!
