Parfait merci
Getting to know the city on my first day so I could plan out the rest of the week was great.
I find the bus tickets overpriced. If you do a little research beforehand, you can get a cheaper ride by taxi, water taxi, and public bus. The buses run at irregular intervals. Often, two come in quick succession, and then there is a long wait for the next one. We rented bikes on the second day. It costs the same and you can explore the city at your own pace.
Horrible and disappointing customer service given all the positive reviews! I’m traveling my first time to Canada and accidentally booked bus tickets for Vancouver instead of Victoria and didn’t realize until we went to use the tickets after our cruise docked. I bought new tickets in Victoria and had a great trip. The employees in Victoria guaranteed a refund if I contacted the company. Unfortunately they would not give me a refund. Very shocking and disappointing given the cost and the fact the tickets won’t be used and did not take a spot from someone else. Horrible customer service!
Bus broke down, app was very confusing

Clean bus and the route was good
Methods of connecting to the Hoop-On-Off tour was not easy or convenient. We found it very difficult. Once on the tour it was very difficult to hear what was being said.
