Vue incroyable, staff merveilleux et délicieuse nourriture
Honestly one of the best things I did in Europe. We did VIP for a window seat and it was so worth it. Views were great and the food was amazing. Dessert was very small but first 2 courses were awesome. The boat was the largest, most spacious and prettiest one I saw on the water. Made me feel fancy and luxurious. Staff were so friendly. Didn’t have to rush to a seat, everyone’s seats are pre-allocated based on bookings and you had your own tables.
The food was excellent and the service was also very friendly – we really liked the atmosphere – but our ride was changed to 8:30 p.m. so that two rides could take place one after the other on that day. As a result, we had to choose between 6:00 p.m., which was very early, or 9:45 p.m., which was very late. This was very annoying, especially since we chose the early time and the three courses were served one after the other without a break and then we were asked to pay right away... It felt like they wanted to get it over with as quickly as possible... There was no music on the upper deck – the singer could easily have sung more and also sung upstairs. I found it really annoying that the time was changed, as we had already booked all our other activities in Paris and didn't have any flexibility, but didn't want to cancel everything either. It's a shame, as it was a great event overall!
Everything was nice from the beginning to the end. Thank you so much❤️❤️
The museum itself was fascinating, but unfortunately the digital audio tour guide app was disappointing because many numbers could not be selected, meaning that a lot of explanations were missed.
Delicious food, super nice atmosphere, and great music. I highly recommend it!
Both the views and the tour were great. Areas for improvement include the prices of the drinks and the staff serving the tables, with the exception of one very friendly employee and the manager. No one spoke Spanish, even though it is specified that not all staff speak English, only some.
The way to order drinks was poor. Finding the boat was difficult. 10 euros for 1 liter of water.
The way to the ship wasn't nice. Small tables, like almost everywhere in Paris. Wonderful singer on board. It was our first time and I didn't know when it was time to go on deck... between courses it was possible, but food was still served at the table even if you weren't there... The main course had a cold side dish and the fish was lukewarm... when we asked, we were told that was how the side dish was supposed to be! You have to scan the drinks menu yourself and pay by card. At the end of the meal, everyone's table is cleared immediately, as apparently a new group is coming in right after us. It's not possible to finish your drinks on deck as time is up.
