I enjoyed the trip overall, but it’s a long journey by bus. We were held up by kids needing the toilet on more than one stop. There should be a direct train or train made for trips such as this one. My guide was a bit rude. Asked a question & I felt I got a sarcastic response. She did not inform us about car accident until I had asked why is there so much traffic?! Could be a bit more attentive with her role to keep customers informed on everything as well as being polite mannerism. Paid a lot of money to go, way too many people at the venue. Felt it extremely frustrating to get through the crowds. Lunch time was too busy as well. There should be a better crowd management system in place for tourists to visit. Set a limit so those who do not have a lot of time can enjoy without feeling rushed through it.
Tudo incrível. Horário exato explicação perfeita guia pontual e divertido .
It's a good tour, especially for the transportation. I paid for the tour guide, and honestly, it wasn't worth it; it's very short and doesn't make much of a difference. Everything else was excellent.
The trip is expensive, but the place is enchanting. We really appreciated Nina's professionalism and friendliness.
Beautiful day!
I enjoyed the experience; the place is simply magical. Several things should be noted: the journey is long (four hours) and there is a stop at a gas station during the first two hours, where you will have 25 minutes to use the restroom or buy something for lunch. The restrooms on the bus are NOT TO BE USED. The place is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and the times are very tight: take the internal bus (see photos below), get on, visit the abbey, go into the shops, get off, have a drink or something to eat, get off again, take the internal bus back and then another 4 hours to Paris. I loved the experience! The schedule is simply exhausting, but there's no other way to do it. Wear comfortable shoes, stay hydrated and keep your bladder under control.
I arrived the night before, so I was worried that it would be a rushed trip, but I was able to rest on the bus, so I was able to make good use of the day. I am glad that I was able to travel safely and with peace of mind. After arriving, I had about four hours of free time, so I was able to relax. The guides were also very kind. Thank you very much.
