It misleading to call it a mini cruise , not so mini. masses of people.
A l'heure du départ, on nous annonce qu'il y aura un retard de 30 min. C'est finalement avec quasi 1 heure de retard que nous partons. Pas un mot d'excuse, pas d'explication, rien. Les escales à Positano et Amalfi ont donc été plus courtes que prévues. Le bateau est vieux et sale. La capacité maximale est évidemment atteinte, pour ne pas.me retrouver coincée à l'intérieur, je fais les 2 heures de retour assise par terre. Assez déçue par l'expérience
Unfortunately it started out very confusing as others stated in their reviews trying to collect your tickets to get on the boat. We first went to the location described and they sent us to a different location which they stated by the bar. While in the 2nd line we were sent to the actual Bar where inside was a person that printed out your tickets. After minutes to spare we were the last on the boat headed to Positano. Our seats were not the best due to last to board. Positano was good and they gave us 2 hours. We decided we would eat our nice meal in Amalfi but when we got in the line to board the boat to Amalfi we stood in it for 1 hour and 20mins. It was direct sun exposure and no communication. When the boat finally arrived late we arrived in Amalfi 1 hour and a half late. This only provided us 1 hour to explore and eat in Amalfi. No nice meal and no exploration. 1 full day of our 9day ruined. Please do not book this activity.
We couldn't visit Positano because of the weather. The boat was delayed for the same reason. We spent a long time in queues. For us, Amalfi was not worth the time spent getting there. It was overcrowded and didn't need 4 hours of visit time.

Nádherný celodenní výlet, přálo nám počasí. Obě města krásná, obzvlášť Positano zalité sluncem velmi fotogenické. Jedinou výhradu mám k dopravě, loď jela celkem pomalu a avizovaný čas pro prohlídku měst nebyl dodržen. Positano bylo o cca 15 minut kratší, Amalfi o půl hodiny.
You may as well book boat trips direct when you there at the main ticket office. More time slots to choose from and well organised you can also be flexible on how long you want to stay in posotano and amalfi. Positano and Amalfi are stunning, you get a wonderful view of the coast on your way. Would definitely do again, would just book myself.

Finding the correct ferry was extremely stressful, the meeting point states next to a restaurant/bar but there’s 3 locations with the same name. The office doesn’t have the branding of the booking company on, which doesn’t help. After asking we were sent to a restaurant to collect our printed tickets, which seemed an odd location, again there are zero signs to indicate where you should go. When we found the right place, our tickets weren’t printed and we were sent back to the office we originally went to. When explaining the situation, they tried to send us back to the restaurant. Eventually, they ushered us back inside to print our tickets in the office. It was extremely stressful as we were not 2 minutes from our departure time, having arrived 30 minutes before as requested. We made the ferry in the nick of time, but it took a while for us to de-stress. Leaving each island is chaos also, no signs to say which queue to join from Positano to Amalfi.
