Customers must check in 10–15 minutes before their scheduled time for check-in, safety briefing, and boarding. The time selected at checkout is the required check-in time, not the departure time. Departure times may vary. Upon arrival, staff will check you in, place your group in the queue, and advise of any expected wait.
Progressive Late Fee Policy
A $25 late fee applies to arrivals more than 10 minutes late, with an additional $25 for each 30-minute interval of lateness. Late arrivals may result in shortened flight time or rescheduling, subject to availability and staff discretion.
Group Size & Aircraft Availability
Groups larger than three (3) may be split due to aircraft availability or safety requirements. Groups over six (6) will always be separated across multiple helicopters or flights. Fly Heli makes every effort to keep groups together while ensuring safe operations.

Todo estuvo excelente, nada más no me gustó que la señorita que nos hizo el checking no hablaba español y no nos buscó una persona que lo hiciera y posteriormente me enteré de qué si había una persona que hablaba perfectamente español creo que como turistas tenemos derecho a que se nos busque un traductor en nuestro idioma.
