During the traditional tasting at Cantine Giubertoni, in Bagnolo San Vito, you'll be welcomed into a familiar and authentic environment, where a passion for wine has been handed down for generations. The experience kicks off with a guided tour of the vineyards, where you'll get to know the native varieties carefully cultivated in the Mantua plain. Next, you'll head into the heart of the winery to discover the winemaking, aging, and bottling processes, taking a close look at the barrels and the traditional techniques used.
The tour continues with a guided tasting of 3 selected wines, accompanied by a detailed explanation of the organoleptic characteristics of each glass. To make the experience even better, you'll get a taste of typical local products, like cold cuts, cheeses, and fresh bread, to really bring out the wines. Throughout the activity, you'll have the chance to chat directly with the producers, ask questions, and discover interesting facts about the history of the winery and the Mantuan wine culture.
