Brighton: Sussex Wine Region Walking Tour with Tastings

Begin your adventure at Brighton Railway Station, where your guide will meet you before your bus journey to the starting point of the tour. Ascend onto the South Downs, where you’ll be treated to spectacular views of the Sussex landscape.

Continue to Ditchling Beacon where you alight the bus and start your walk to the vineyards. Enjoy stunning scenes from the highest point in Sussex before descending the hills and popping into your first vineyard for a sparkling wine tasting.

Next, walk into the historic village of Ditchling, where you’ll have time to explore and choose where to have lunch. Choose from traditional village pubs, or enjoy an afternoon tea at one of Ditchling's award-winning tea rooms.

After lunch, meet at the Historic St. Margaret's and head to your second award-winning vineyard for a guided tour of the vineyard and winery, including a tasting of sparkling wine. Following the tour, walk a short distance to the local railway station and head back to Brighton, finishing the tour in the city’s famous North Laine district.
