We start our experience to see the spectacle of sunrise or sunset directly from the sea. After a brief orientation on how to use the stand-up paddleboard (SUP), we enter the water in front of Copacabana Beach, with all equipment included and accompanied by a guide and instructors. As we paddle toward the horizon, the sky begins to take on golden and pink tones. You will see the sun rise behind the Copacabana Fort, illuminating Sugarloaf Mountain and the entire waterfront, creating a magical setting. During the tour, there is time to take a deep breath, take photos, relax, and enjoy the privileged view, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The experience is safe, peaceful, and perfect for those seeking a connection with nature right at dawn. Ideal for beginners and also for those who already have experience.

We had the most amazing time!! Even though we had to get up early and it was cold, Lisa our guide made sure we had fun and that’s exactly what we did! Like we didn’t want to finish the activity. And she took such good pictures of us and the paddles were in great condition and there weren’t many of us which helped with it being overcrowded like the other companies! I would do this again with the help of Lisa! She also helped me and gave me tips on how to stand on a paddleboard!!

Amazing sunrise paddleboarding experience — 10/10. The views were beautiful, the ocean was calm, and the water was warm even at 5 AM. Felt very safe, and we were lucky to have a great guide - Jonatas is THE BEST. Our group was small (compared to others), which made it more personal. He also took incredible, professional photos (attached). Highly recommend!
