I HIGHLY recommend this stay!!! I booked this reservation on Airbnb, titled "the Bunker Studio @ PGA Golf Villa II" managed by Dathan. Dathan has a very quick response rate and is very easy-going. In regards to the property, it is beautiful! A nice chill area, casual activity going on outside of the condo like people walking their dogs but nothing crazy. The location was perfect. I travelled for the RAW Athletic Club Grand Opening, which was conveniently only 8 minutes away. TRight up the road from the Condo is an entire strip of stores, gas stations, restaurants, gyms etc. only about 5-10 minutes away. The beaches were about 25 minutes away and there are so many to choose from! There are family beaches, or more secluded beaches as well. There are bars along the coast... it's just perfect, hence why it's located on Perfect Drive. I will be going back and booking this stay every time. I can't recommend this enough!
