Watermark Beach Resort

My room was spotless clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The spacious balcony with great views was such a plus. The facicilities are all new, nice and clean. The hotel is right on the beach in beautiful surroundings. Restaurants, bars, shops and cafes all on the same block, so can't beat the location. Some of the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and polite, friendly people. This place is pet friendly through and through. My all in all experience was great and I would return to Watermark Beach Resort.

Some of the staff members are clueless and unprofessional with some attitude. Wifi is non- existent (at least on the south side 4th floor) and they did nothing to fix it when I mentioned to front desk. Had to use hotspot to work. If you don't need to work remotely while on vacation, it's no issue though. I would have appreciated if someone told me where my room was at check in as the resort is rather large. But I figured it all out by day 2, no major issues.

Location, cleanliness, nice restaurant and staff was professional and friendly

Pool hours too short. Should open earlier . Restaurant should open earlier in the morning.

Extremely comfortable bed linen and pillows Location was wonderful. On the lake within walking distance of amenities, shops, restaurants Staff was very pleasant and accommodating

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were very big, and what a great location!
