The location
Parking. Extremely expensive and no other option of self parking at the facility
I also used the valet services and I would like to extend how impressed I was with the guys at Valet. No nonsense, always very polite and super efficient.
The bar closing at midnight but it’s not a complaint at all. I know it’s unrealistic!
Their pillows were soft and huggable. The room we got was spacious and had a big window so we could enjoy natural lighting. and
Everything. Atmosphere, customer service, spacious room all was great!

It is very well located and clean. We love the bar area.
The water pressure sucks. I have very long hair and it took me a half hour to rince my hair! Also, the lights kept turning off while i was in the shower. And i have to put the seat down on the toilet to flush it. A button on the side isn’t what u want to see in a hotel toilet. A handle would be much better.
