Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Niagara Falls ON

The front desk is really helpful, they assist in a appropriate way. In the terms of cleanness, the place is excellent. Their breakfast is fresh & amazing.

I am expecting some more grooming items such as, face wash. As well as, shower have to be replaced in the washroom area, which would justify the price.

I like the location. It is not too far from Clifton hill. The staff was friendly and I could stay parked at the hotel until 2pm even though check out was at 11am.

I did not like how the room and everything in it were out of date. The shower had a black substance in the sliding portion of the door. The sink had poor drainage. The bed was highly uncomfortable. The breakfast was not worth eating. I was in room 512. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is fairly close to Clifton Hill , but also 10 min drive to restaurants that are away from the main tourist area. Everything is easy to get to . Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Some mornings it was difficult to get a seat at breakfast . I did not want to be up early on vacation for 7am when breakfast started . No restaurant on site so it would be nice if breakfast was extended a bit later to give more time to come down for breakfast and spread out the peak time .

It was a great location.

I enjoyed the breakfast it was very very good and the location was very close to the falls and every other place.i had so much comfort throughout my stay.

I didn't have a microwave in my room it wasn't nice going down to the receptionist to microwave my food
