Great location and staff but...
The location is perfect and central, staff are so friendly and I was chosen as guest of the day so got a free upgrade for a night to the Presidential suite which was lovely
The room was very small but I also could barely put my suitcase down to open it. The heating really didn’t work well in both rooms

Location really great between Tribeca and soho. Next to metro stations. Pleasant and helpful staff. Room was ok.
Bathrooms are ok but need renovation. The street is a bit creepy at night.
