Wood floors. Potential of a view but our room Looked into loud party marking lot. Nice metal topped desk and bedside tables , close up mirror in bathroom, good hot water waterfall shower head . One very nice helpful desk receptionist (young female )
I almost broke my baby toe (bruised it badly) on the horribly sharp thick stone angle of the shower curb . There was no coffee downstairs c no water for the room, Deak person told us water wasn’t good to drink from tap , no fan in bathroom !!! No extra pillows .
Such a nice hotel! Very cool vibe and atmosphere. It was clean, it was comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful.
The showers were not my favourite, but I just don't like rainshower showerheads, especially in such a tiny shower.
It had a great vibe, wonderful style, and the location was perfect
The restaurant and bar weren’t open yet but they look like they’re going to be great.
Location right downtown, a block from the Amica center where we were attending the NCAA men’s basketball tournament. Walkable to some excellent restaurants and the art museum. Staff was great, very comfortable bed, quiet room.
No negatives for me.
Cool place, nice staff, decent price, good location (easy walk to Amtrak station)
SO INCREDIBLY NOISY—- I was in 207 over the karaoke bar, and until about 11pm (maybe later on weekends), my room was rockin’ to mega base and drunk girl anthems. The hotel’s also old and not well soundproofed, so I also got to hear my male neighbor’s morning toilet “up close and personal,” consisting of turning up the radio and singing along in falsetto (think offkey Mick Jagger, “Emotional Rescue”), while repeatedly and violently expectorating. Advice: do not stay on 2d floor or on the side of the building over the karaoke bar (any floor). Bring earplugs. Caveat: I am old and a light sleeper, so you may not be as bothered by all this.
Location.
Thermostat wasn’t working so couldn’t control temperature in room. No microwave for guests to use. Hotel coffee shop has closed. Light near lower bed not working. One small trash can only (in bathroom). Overall, a pricey bunk bed room that looked outdated and a little shoddy and offered very few amenities.
