The lady in the casino, the one who refused to give me water after we were playing the whole night and day at the casino, she call the security guards on my just because I was asking for water, I asked her name but she keep sending me to buy the water, that’s crazy I don’t even drink and I couldn’t get water, that was terrible, and it says a lot of you guys. Definitively I won’t recommend it to anyone. She was so rude about it, I felt discriminated. I understand If she doesn’t feel comfortable working at your casino but please don’t be that way with people. My family was traveling from Colombia and that experience was very traumatic

Just ok
Hair dryer didn’t work, pillows were very flat and uncomfortable but the worst was there for 3 days and not 1 time room service and when I called no one answered or I got the run around I called 5 times before they finally came and then they just handed us towels. Trash was over flowing. At one time they told me it was “cleaning hours were over”
The facility is great - pool was heated even in winter, some restaurants on site making eating easy, location was great surrounding by market and other restaurants, easy walk to the strip, Adventuredome was great for kids etc.
Could have had a coffee maker in the room... and an iron for shirts... the internet is OK. No drinking water fountain but I guess that's in the hotels's interest to make us buy bottled water :-P Nothing too bad to be honest but if these could be improved then the overall experience would be even bette.r
Was close to the strip
The bad smoke smell in the room. Tried to ring front desk waited for 30 minutes with no answer. Decided to suck it up and put up with it.
