Location was great! The rooms exceeded our expectations.

The location
The hotels say they are a wheelchair accessible hotel however every time we had to leave the hotel someone has to be called and asked to put a ramp down which was only accessible through the coffee shop. This became very tedious every time we wanted to leave and enter the hotel. Had I not been with my partner we would have not been able to get assitance from the hotel reception as this is situated in the basement of the hotel!
We didn't eat at the hotel for breakfast.
The communal toilets were not as clean and fresh as I would have liked.
Location was nice. In hotel dining options were good. Lots of entertainment on the rooftop bar and the speakeasy in the lower levels. Easy walking distance to a lot of interesting spots.
No refrigerator or coffee/tea capabilities in room. No ice bucket either. 711 was around the corner. No biggie. Maybe I’m spoiled.
