Nice elevators, comfortable pillows
No bathrobes
Spacious rooms and good view of the Falls.
Required to a holding deposit of 200 dollars. Front desk staff charged my card twice for the booking & therefore I was charged 400 dollars. Money was taken from bank my account. Staff were extremely unhelpful with resolving the issue despite me showing an official bank statement showing the deductions. One staff member in particular was very rude and condescending. The issue remains unresolved and I now need to raise a dispute claim with my bank and it could take a matter of months to resolve. Extremely frustrating & ruined my stay! Additionally the room had a strange smell. No conditioner or body wash were provided, which is a standard at every hotel.
The view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable.
The furnace/ac wasn't working properly. We tried to call the front desk, but the line was always busy. We ended up fixing it ourselves.
The views from the Premier King rooms were great and had views of both falls, slightly blocked by the Embassy Suites of their sister hotel. Spa was great.
Dusty on all the surfaces, obviously has not been wiped in some time. Leaking shower head when on and no soap in shower dispenser. Pool was very crowded with children making the infinity pool useless. Room Toilet cramped due to its location. Was charged in home country currency 60c above market rates, leading to an excess bill of nearly $120 above expectations for only one night.
