There was a prostitute in the lobby approaching guests. The hotel staff allowed this and was talking with her. Very disgusting and unprofessional

Great location, clean & comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, spectacular pool and food, and staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service

The staff were extremely helpful, we arrived in the morning after travelling for 24 hours from Australia with two kids and they did everything they could to have a room ready for us early. In the meantime we could use the pool which was amazing on such a hot day. The pool area is great and does food and drinks. Location is good, directly above a subway station or a 5 min walk from Centrale train station. Rooms were a bit dated but large, clean and comfortable

Breakfast you had to wait to be served coffee or tea no machine so you had to wait often for a long while Breakfast very slow at replenishing hot food be down early or they dont replenish unless asked No drawers in rooms for clothes only a wardrobe

Pool and pool bar area were great, really relaxing and delicious drink available. A good option to cool off after a long journey or trekking around the city.

It’s a little far from the best restaurant areas and historic sites, but great if using Milan for a stop over for other places as it is so close to the central station.
