When we arrived at the front desk for check in the woman checking me in was rude. She questioned my reservation and I told her we were booked for 2 nights as I was looking for the confirmation code for my reservation another guest came in to register and her name was Sheri Johnson and she said she was staying for only one night. I questioned her on her name and then responded to the woman assiting me told her she made a mistake on my information and after searching again she saw that we were staying for 2 nights. Very awkard after she made such a fuss questioning me and realizing that she was rude.

For the cost of the room there was a huge dog urine stain at the foot of the bed. If you are charging the extra fee for our pets then that should have been cleaned from the previous guest that stayed in the room prior to me gettig the room key.

The property was beautiful. The service was great and the room was wonderful.

There was a group of people in a room next to us that were yelling and screaming all night. I called the front desk to complain and they were sending the security guard over, but it continued through the night…. for the price of the hotel, this was disappointing.

Always nice to stay here

Rooms needs upgrade. Especially the TVs. The room I was in WiFi didn’t work at all.
