The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, we really appreciated that. The location is also great, many of the major attractions can be reached easily and it is also close to Termini Station.
There were a few things that I didn’t particularly enjoyed. When we arrived, there were some renovation works going on right at the entrance, which made the area quite dusty. That said, I understand this is probably just a temporary situation, so I won’t dwell on it too much. What bothered me more was the room itself—it was really dark. Even on bright, sunny days, it felt as though it was constantly overcast. It definitely lacked natural light. The Wi-Fi connection was also unreliable and quite weak. Finally, on the morning of my departure (I left the room around 7:30–7:45, before my friend), there was no running water at all, so I couldn't even take a shower. That was very disappointing.
The hotel was very clean, updated and centrally located.
We were lucky to have a big room
The hotel is on the second floor of a building which is shared with other hotels. So there is no hotel atmosphere
Location, cleanliness and very helpful staff.
Aircon needed to be adjusted.
