Staff was really nice and friendly. Very comfortable sleep and felt very clean. I would stay again.
They didn’t have room service
we had no breakfast only coffee
Amazing Hotel - great staff and location. I look forward to coming back :)
The property was perfect very clean with beautiful furnishings and a very comfortable room. The staff member we dealt with was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions on where to visit in Malibu. Also the property is very green with wild flowers. The room was excellent really enjoyed the ambiance and relaxing feel. The bed was great had a super night’s sleep. The bathroom was great with a powerful shower and high end wash gels.
There wasn’t much to dislike for a short stopover however there could be more options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast options were very limited and lunch and dinner was unavailable. The room doesn’t have coffee making facilities but has a full minibar. No gym facilities or swim facilities which could be easily installed.
We received a warm welcome from the staff. We were escorted to our room and given the tour. Loved this property and will visit again.
The recent fires and mudslides / closure of PCH caused the staff shortage which meant no dinner on property. But we understand.
