Great hotel would definitely stay again

Great location, lovely large room.. staff upgraded us to a bigger room and let us check in early and we extended our stay. Guide at the hotel recommend tours etc. 10/10

This hotel was probably the best I've stayed. Value for money. The pools were sparkling, the service friendly and 4*, the breakfast was the best ever. And the rooms lively with awesome views.

The rooftop bar is the best place for viewing the sunset in the whole area. The location is excellent and the property was outstanding. Breakfast was reasonable in the morning

Beautiful friendly staff. They go the extra mile to support you. Fantastic variety of food for buffet breakfast and especially the afternoon tea. The receptionist especially tried to get our laundry done in one day because of our short stay! The lovely waitstaff showed us the best things to visit while we were here.

Friendliest hotel staff ever! This hotel has the friendliest staff on all fronts. Special thanks to Mr Duong Pham who served us at Paradise Restaurant Bay View. Duong Pham was attentive and friendly and ensured we were well taken care of. Duong Pham and the rest of the team at the hotel have left us very fond memories of Cat Ba Town and we really look forward to our next visit.
